The way you book a GP appointment outside normal working hours will be changing from 1st October 2022. Appointments will either be at Derby Medical Practice, The Mezzanine Level, Epsom or Bourne Hall Health Centre, Chessington Road. Alternatively, you can request to see a GP via video or over the phone if appropriate to your needs. Patients will be consulted by a local GP with full access to your medical record. If you do not consent to your record being accessed in this way, you will unfortunately be unable to use the service. You can book via St Stephen’s during normal practice hours or phone 01372 232001 when St Stephen’s are closed.
